Return & Exchange
You can return your gloryfy glasses within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.
Requirements for a return:
- In the original packaging and without signs of use
- Return shipment including invoice
Please do not send unpaid shipments. Otherwise, any fees incurred will have to be charged to you.

Refund
Credit card, instant bank transfer, PayPal – the refund will be made via the original payment method.
Instant bank transfer – please include your bank details with the return shipment, as we do not have access to them.
Returns for Austria & Germany
In the event of withdrawal, customers bear the direct costs of the return shipment, provided that the delivered goods correspond to the order and are not defective.
For returns, we provide a return label for a cost reimbursement depending on the delivery country:
Austria: EUR 3.90
Germany: EUR 5.90
Switzerland: CHF 8.90
The respective amount will be deducted from the purchase price to be refunded as part of the return process or charged separately.
For returns from all other countries, no return label is provided. In these cases, customers must organize the return shipment themselves and send it at their own expense to the return address provided by us.
This does not affect statutory warranty rights. Returns due to faulty or damaged goods remain free of charge after clarification with our Customer Service.
